Our major focus as a bookseller is our participation at more than 20 antiquarian book fairs annually. See a link to our book fair schedule on the left. We also issue three full color print catalogs annually which will, after a brief delay appear on this website. If you would like to receive copies of our print catalog you need only to request one.
We make a considerable effort to offer books in exceptional condition. Both books with and without dust jackets are offered with fresh Mylar jackets. Most books with dust jackets published before 1980 have had the dust jacket chemically deacidified to prevent eventual browning and deterioration.
Our stock currently includes about 12,000 books which are all viewable by appointment. Pictures of our book room can be seen by clicking the "About Page Books" link on the left.
Beside web versions of our recent print catalogs, this website includes two sections not connected to commerce in the book trade. One is a compilation of lists of all the titles illustrated by a number of notable illustrators. These lists are supplemented with a cover pictures of some but as yet not all of the listed book titles. This is a work in progress both in regard to the number of illustrators covered and the completeness and accuracy of the lists. The other section is a tutorial about making mylar book jackets.
